About The Program
May is internationally recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month. This year, instead of just marking it on the calendar, we built something special for our entire team.
Level Up Your Mind is a joint Marketing and Human Resources initiative, designed to promote employee mental health and wellbeing. The goal isn’t retention or revenue. It is to meaningfully shift the team members' daily habits.
The Challenge
Engagement programs without a purchase satisfaction are harder to sustain. Plus, there's no transactional incentive pulling people back. Participation depends entirely on mechanics and rewards that make showing up feel worth it.
We wanted to answer a question our clients often ask: are our platform’s capabilities – stripped of all other incentives – enough to engage users?
The Solution
We configured the Level Up Your Mind program as a stand-alone Landing Page, using Enable3's native toolset:

Loyalty Points System
Let users earn points and unlock benefits based on in-app behavior.

Analytics
Analytics dashboard making it easy to see exactly which mission drove completions, which rewards got redeemed, and what wasn’t as popular as we hoped.

Rewards
Rewards redeemable from a curated wellbeing catalog: gym or yoga reimbursement, massage sessions, vitamin gummies, and so on.

Leaderboard
Leaderboard encouraging healthy competition and letting the participants know who’s already able to claim the rewards.
Setup and Management
The program was built and launched entirely by the Marketing Department, without developer involvement. Using the Enable3 admin dashboard, we configured missions, set point values, built the rewards catalog, and went live in a couple of days.
During the two weeks, monitoring participation required no technical input either. Mission completion, claim rates, and reward redemptions were all visible from the dashboard in real time.
Impact
Level Up Your Mind showed that Enable3's platform is equally effective for internal programs, HR initiatives, community engagement, and any use case where the goal is behavior change, not transaction volume. It showed that a team without technical resources can launch, run, and learn from a full engagement program independently, quickly, and without compromise.
