This quarter brought new product releases, new customer conversations, and new insights into how loyalty is evolving across industries. Here's what you might have missed.

What We Built

This quarter, we took time to listen. Sitting down with experts across industries showed us exactly where loyalty platforms fall short — and gave us a clear vision of how to close those gaps.

Enable3 for Shopify

Our Shopify app moved into early access this quarter. It's not another points-and-discounts app — it's built to test which loyalty mechanic influences your numbers the most. You simply run missions, streaks, and tiers side by side, and Enable3 calculates the incremental revenue of each variant –– so you know exactly which one to scale. Additionally, it connects natively, syncs to Klaviyo, and its conditional referral logic helps prevent fraudulent reward claims.

For now, we're opening 15 beta spots, with 6 months free and pricing locked in for 12 months. All DTC brands — especially fashion, beauty, sports, and home — all welcome to participate.

Enable3 White Label for New Verticals

We expanded white label support into Ecommerce, EdTech and Travel this quarter — each one branded entirely as the client's own.

For EdTech, it means rewarding lesson completions, streaks, and referrals to fight the drop-off that hits most learning platforms after the first week.

EdTech Loyalty software

For hotels, restaurants, and travel agents, it is a chance to win back the guest relationships OTAs currently own — rewarding direct bookings, repeat stays, and referrals instead of losing guests to commission.

Travel Loyalty software

For online retailers, it’s the easiest way to reward repeat purchases, referrals, and reviews –– actions that actually contribute to revenue and business growth –– instead of losing margin to rising acquisition costs.

Templates

Launching a loyalty program from a blank page is slow and error-prone. We collaborated with experts who had built loyalty programs across industries to create relevant working templates for each vertical.

You can find templates for almost any business case in our library –– each pre-built with the missions, tiers, and rewards structures that actually fit how users in that space behave. The best part is, templates can be applied and tested within one campaign, so you know exactly which one yields better ROI.

Loyalty and Retention software

Flexible Rewards Options

We added a Tremendous integration to the Enable3 platform, so businesses no longer have to source, stock, or manually hand out gift cards.

Now you can choose from over 2,000 gift cards, prepaid cards, cash, and donation options when creating a reward for your users. And the cards and cash come relevant to the particular location, too, so you don’t have to worry about regional differences. This is invaluable to brands that know a piece of merchandise doesn’t motivate a customer who wants cash.

What We're Seeing In the Market

This quarter, we looked closely at both the emerging trends and established patterns around loyalty, retention, and engagement. Here's what we discovered.

1. Loyalty is shifting from rewards to engagement

Points programs are losing ground to something less transactional. Loyalty programs are moving away from short-term, points-based tactics toward strategies built for repeat behavior, retention, and long-term customer value –– with 87.5% of loyalty program owners now planning to engage customers in more non-transactional ways

2. Brands want measurable retention

Everyone agrees retention matters, but not everyone calculates it properly or consistently. 89% of companies say customer lifetime value is crucial to brand loyalty, yet only 42% actually measure it. That gap is exactly why "loyalty" as a vague goal doesn't cut it with leadership anymore. Brands want repeat purchase rate, CLV lift, and cohort retention highlighted clearly on a dashboard –– not a hunch or a data set that requires an entire analytical team to interpret.

3. Referrals are becoming a larger acquisition channel

As paid acquisition gets more expensive, brands are leaning on the customers they already have. 62% of ecommerce brands now list referrals as a top acquisition channel, and referral programs account for 15-25% of new customer acquisition once a program matures. Referrals are no longer a side feature — they're a growth channel brands are actively budgeting for.

4. Agencies are stepping in as loyalty partners

Fewer brands are building loyalty programs in-house from scratch. Agencies are increasingly using white-label platforms to offer high-value loyalty solutions to their clients under their own brand, keeping overhead low and margins high. It's a natural fit: loyalty and CRM now claim 51.5% of the average marketing budget. For agencies, that's a new recurring revenue line. For brands, it means the agency they already trust can hand them a working loyalty program instead of just another campaign.

Behind the Scenes

Each quarter, we keep testing our platform “in-field”. This time, we used it to promote our team’s wellbeing.

The Mental Health Awareness Month Campaign

In May, our Marketing and HR teams ran Level Up Your Mind — a two-week gamified wellbeing program built entirely on the Enable3 platform. The goal wasn't revenue. We wanted to do something meaningful for our team, while trying to answer a question we hear from clients: do our mechanics work without a purchase trigger behind them?

The program used missions, quests, a points system, and a leaderboard, and it was built and launched by Marketing alone — no developers involved. The results are speaking for themselves: 40% participation, an 81% point claim rate, and a 62% reward redemption rate. It proved our platform holds up for internal programs and community engagement, not just transactions.

What's Next

Our Shopify beta is open, but it won’t be that way for long — we're capping this round at 15 partners to provide our undivided support and attention to each one. Every applicant gets a personal onboarding call with our team and a dedicated line to the product team for feedback and feature requests.

Next quarter, expect more features dedicated to measurement and optimization of the loyalty program ROI, plus a new fresh look for our Admin Dashboard –– adjusted for even more clarity and simplicity in usage.

If you're a Shopify merchant ready to test what actually drives your repeat purchase rate, claim your beta spot. Not on Shopify yet, or curious about White Label for your agency or vertical? Get in touch with our team anyway — we'd love to talk.
